Transferring the RC (Registration Certificate) of a commercial taxi in Delhi is a mandatory legal process that must be completed within 30 days of the sale. Documents Required for Commercial RC Transfer in Delhi
Both buyer and seller need to be present at the RTO, or the seller can provide a duly notarised authority letter. Required documents:

Online RC Transfer Option for Delhi
Delhi now allows partial RC transfer applications online through the Parivahan Sewa portal (parivahan.gov.in). You can submit Forms 29 and 30 online and pay fees digitally. However, physical document submission at the RTO is still required for commercial vehicle transfers. The online route reduces waiting time from 3–4 hours to 30–45 minutes at the RTO.
